1. About the Service
RCMitra ("we", "us", "the Service") is an online platform operated by One Pluss Inspection and Valuation Service (Proprietor: Vibhanshu Mishra), Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. The Service lets registered users retrieve vehicle registration certificate (RC) information for Indian vehicles and download it as a formatted digital reference card. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and register with a valid Indian mobile number verified by OTP. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Wallet & Pricing
The Service works on a prepaid wallet. Wallet recharges are processed by licensed payment gateways (PhonePe / Razorpay). Each successful RC search is charged at the price displayed at the time of search (currently ₹40 per successful search). Failed or unsupported searches are not charged. Wallet balances are non-transferable and carry no interest.
4. Data Source & Accuracy
RC information is retrieved from authorized, licensed data providers. The digital RC card generated by RCMitra is a convenience reference only — it is not a government document and does not replace the original registration certificate issued by the transport authority. We do not guarantee that provider data is complete, current, or error-free.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes — such as verifying a vehicle before purchase, fleet/finance verification, or checking your own records. You must not use the Service to harass, stalk, or defraud any person, to build unauthorized databases, to resell data in violation of provider terms, or in any manner that violates the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RCMitra's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific search giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on retrieved data.
7. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms and the search price from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh having exclusive jurisdiction.
