1. Digital service — no physical shipping

RCMitra is a 100% digital service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery addresses are involved.

2. Instant delivery of purchases

Wallet recharges are credited to your RCMitra wallet immediately after the payment gateway confirms your transaction — typically within seconds.

RC search resultsare delivered instantly on-screen after a successful search, along with a downloadable PDF RC card. The result is also saved permanently to your account's Search History for free re-download.

3. Delays & failures

If a payment succeeds but your wallet is not credited within 30 minutes, or a search completes without showing a result, contact us — verified issues are resolved within 24–48 hours and failed searches are auto-refunded instantly as per our Refund Policy.
