1. What we collect
When you register we collect your name, mobile number, and a password (stored only as a bcrypt hash). When you use the Service we store your search queries, generated RC card data, wallet transactions, and support tickets. Payment card/UPI details are handled entirely by our payment gateways (PhonePe / Razorpay) and never touch our servers.
2. How we use it
Your data is used to operate your account (OTP verification, login), process wallet payments, fetch RC details you request from authorized data providers, maintain your search history so you can re-download cards, and respond to support tickets. We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
3. Sharing
We share data only with: (a) our payment gateways to process recharges; (b) our authorized RC data providers to execute the searches you request; (c) our SMS provider to deliver OTPs; and (d) authorities where required by law. Each partner processes data under its own compliance obligations.
4. Security & retention
Passwords and OTPs are hashed, sessions use signed httpOnly cookies over HTTPS, and access to production systems is restricted. Account data and transaction records are retained while your account is active and thereafter as required by Indian tax and financial regulations. You may request account deletion at any time (see below).
5. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent by closing your account. Write to us at the grievance contact below; we respond within 30 days.
